While The Tide Whispers

The Tide approaches. The town flounders. Only you will remain.

While The Tide Whispers is a 1 page TTRPG made for the A Game By It's Cover game jam inspired by the cover art of Jolos Carsé. The A Game By Its Cover jam is all about picking a cover for a fictional Famicom game from the yearly art installation My Famicase Exhibition and turning those fictional cartridge cases into real games. Sadly, we missed the deadline to submit to the game jam, but I still made a game so here it is.

While The Tide Whispers is an asymmetric multiplayer DJ/party hosting game. You are tasked with running your radio show for your town on the last day of its existance as The Tide is threatening to sink the town into the sea. There is, theoretically, an audience listening to this radio show and there are select moments when members of the audience can interact with the show as callers.

This was a fun experiment and we at Itchy Boys Interactive hope to produce more unique one-page RPGs.
